Omega Force develops a new Monster Hunter-style game set in a fantasy feudal Japan. It’s called ‘Wild Hearts’ and it will show its first trailer on September 28.
Electronic Arts and Koei Tecmo are collaborating on a new monster hunter video game to be released soon under the EA Originals banner . Until now we did not know more than the existence of this project, but now the companies have published new information in anticipation of a first trailer that we will be able to see this week: the game is called ‘ Wild Hearts ‘ and it already has both a logo and an official profile in the main social networks like Twitter or YouTube .
Precisely on this last platform will be where we can see the first Wild Hearts trailer , which will be published next Wednesday, September 28. In the description of the video inserted below these lines we can read more information about the project: “Get ready for an epic adventure set in a fantastic world inspired by feudal Japan. Developed by Omega Force, the Japanese studio behind Dynasty Warriors , in collaboration with Electronic Arts”.
A Monster Hunter in a fantasy feudal Japan
In addition to the release date of its first trailer, the main novelty that we have known today is the name of the game itself: those responsible for the project revealed its existence a couple of weeks ago , when they announced that they were collaborating on a “true triple A experience” limited to the hunting genre, whose greatest exponent is the Monster Hunter saga. The developers, Omega Force , also have experience in this type of games: they are behind the Toukiden series , in which we have to face powerful Oni (the last installment was published in 2017).
At the moment it is unknown what the release window of Wild Hearts is, since it has not even been confirmed on which platforms it will be available or its age rating. We do know that it will be released under the EA Originals label.
