The Aggiornamenti Lumia Twitter account has shared a post suggesting that Ubisoft’s paid subscription service is coming to Microsoft consoles.
In May of this year, Ubisoft officially announced the console version of the Ubisoft+ subscription service . Then the French publisher limited itself to a vague “soon” regarding the availability of its Xbox and PlayStation subscriptions , but a fresh leak hints that the wait is not long.
The mention of Ubisoft+ along with the logo was found in the Microsoft Store . The find was shared on Twitter by Aggiornamenti Lumia , a dataminer who regularly monitors the Microsoft Digital Store backend for changes. Previously, in this way, he managed to reveal the release date of the pirate action Skull and Bones even before official confirmation.
Given the sudden discovery of traces of Ubisoft+ in the MS Store right before the start of Gamescom 2022, it is possible that the exact launch dates for the Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One subscription will be announced as part of the Xbox stream from the upcoming show . The stream will begin on August 25 at 15:00 Moscow time and will last until 21:00.
It is not yet known whether Ubisoft+ will be available as part of Game Pass Ultimate , similar to EA Play, but there are rumors about it.
On PC, the service has been available since 2019 and provides access to a library of 100+ games including Far Cry 6 , Assassin’s Creed Valhalla , Watch Dogs Legion and Riders Republic .
