Recently, there have been several rumors about the return of the Splinter Cell brand. Ubisoft has still not announced the game, but apparently the manufacturer is preparing for better times. The company last week registered a new trademark.
In October, there were leaks, according to which Ubisoft gave the “green light” to the development of a new game from the Splinter Cell universe. Last week, we even got to know the first information about the production , but so far we have not seen any official moves from the studio that could confirm this situation.
However, everything changed a few days ago, Ubisoft re-registered the trademark “Splinter Cell” , which may suggest that we will actually see Sam Fisher’s new adventure.

We must of course take into account that this is not an official production announcement, however, taking into account the recent reports on the Splinter Cell series, the situation is certainly interesting. It is very possible that the universe will actually come back to life.
In recent years, Ubisoft has eagerly used IP to expand other brands – Splinter Cell has appeared in Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Ghost Recon Wildlands, among others.
