The Japanese developer has long been quite cryptic through social networks and it seemed more and more likely that the announcement of his next video game would not be much longer. To our surprise , the supposed first details of this title have been leaked , and the source is none other than the well-known insider Tom Henderson.

This would be Overdose, Kojima’s long-awaited horror game
- According to Henderson from the TryHardGuides portal , Overdose would be the name of the horror video game that Hideo Kojima always wanted to make
- This work would star actress Margaret Qualley , who already appeared in Death Stranding
- Apparently it can be played in both first and third person
- Henderson would also have had access to a gameplay clip in which the protagonist would appear walking down a dark corridor with a flashlight
Earlier, Hideo Kojima himself mentioned in an interview that his studio was working on two games at once, and information appeared in the media that KojiPro would soon make a deal with Microsoft and would use cloud services in development.
Actor Norman Reedus, who played the main character of Death Stranding, previously mentioned that work on the sequel has already begun. But whether DS 2 will be Kojima’s next game is unclear. When Kojima Productions plans to make an announcement is still unknown.
