MultiVersus is enjoying extraordinary success on Steam, so much so that it establishes itself as the most played fighting game ever, as well as all the others combined.
MultiVersus is the most played fighting game ever on Steam , even more than the sum of all the other beat’em-ups combined: an extraordinary result for the brawler produced by Warner Bros., which moreover is still in beta.
MultiVersus ‘ more than 60,000 users represent almost double the peak Brawlhalla achieved , more than three times the Tekken 7 record and nearly five times the roof hit by Street Fighter V.

The most interesting thing, as mentioned, is that at present the average of the game, equal to almost 39,000 players, exceeds the sum of the average of all the other fighting games available on the Valve digital platform.
MultiVersus beta, which we tested a few days ago, could be an important springboard for the final version of the game and allow it to set new records.
Obviously the free-to-play nature of the title is contributing a lot to determine numbers of this kind, so it will be all the more interesting to see what will happen as soon as a definitive build is available, also with regard to the monetization system.
