It is not the first time that the universes of Sonic and Monster Hunter Rise have intersected, but now it is Capcom’s turn to support the new hedgehog game and it will do so through a free DLC that will come to Sonic Frontiers, the new title of Sega’s mascot.
The additional content will arrive on November 15, a week after the open-world game of the hedgehog hits the virtual and physical stores.

As for the content itself, the DLC will add the Rathalos and Felyne Rathalos armor to the game in addition to the BBQ Spite. Also included is a mini-game that will give the protagonist some extra perks if done correctly. The armors look very good visually from what can be seen in the screenshots, but that will be the only advantage, since they will not provide any other virtue to the character.
For its part, Sonic Frontiers arrives on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Switch on November 8 and is already available for pre-purchase in different editions with different advantages in each of them.
