Or canceled, as evidenced by Hangar 13, which the publisher – in this case, 2K Games – prevented the creation of Mafia 4, and instead directed the developers to design a superhero game, which eventually got canceled.

Final Fantasy IX Remake
The Japanese started a craze for remakes. First, we received full-fledged refreshes of individual parts of Resident Evil, and then Square Enix surprised everyone with Final Fantasy VII Remake , which stole the hearts of many players – not only fans of the original who could return to well-known heroes from childhood, but also new audiences who so far they have not had the opportunity to play this installment. There are many indications that the remake will also receive the ninth Final Fantasy.
Resident Evil 4 Remake
Being refreshed, it would be a sin not to mention Resident Evil 4, which continues the adventure of Leon S. Kennedy started in Resident Evil 2. Since the “two” received the remake and it was so warmly received, it was easy to guess that Capcom will try to refresh the “four” as well. Work on the game has been going on for a long time, which has been confirmed by many reliable journalists.
Helldivers 2
Sony has mentioned many times that it wants to create a shooter – this genre of games has been quite neglected at PlayStation Studios in recent months, so it would be necessary to catch up. The first step towards shooting would be a modified Helldivers 2, which can be prepared by one of the company’s smaller teams.
Gears 6
Gears 6 should not surprise anyone in this list. Microsoft stands for this brand, and Gears 5 had an open end. The story of Kait Diaz and her friends has not been completed, so leaving this brand to its fate would be a very bad decision. It is worth mentioning that The Coallition is already working on Unreal Engine 5, so the new Gears may surprise us in terms of graphics and advanced mechanics.
The new Bioshock
We hear about the new Bioshock so long and often that it would be strange if the publisher – Take-Two – announced that the game was never created. According to previous reports, BioShock 4 is in development hell, because developers do not want to get involved in the project for many changes, and regular employees begin to leave the studio where work on the title was underway. We will see what will eventually come out of it.
Half-Life 2 Remastered
Valve can’t count to three, but apparently realizes that previously released productions can easily be redeemed again. Just release a remaster. In this case, we’re talking about Half-Life 2 , which, according to Nvidia’s list, should be refreshed in the future. Perhaps the success of Half-Life: Alyx spurred the creators of the Steam platform to develop the series.
Batman: Arkham Knight Remastered
Stopping for a moment with remasters, it is worth mentioning the raisin, Batman: Arkham Knight Remastered, on the Nvidia list. This information indicates that Warner Bros. Games is creating or planning to create a version of this version of the franchise, which was very well received among players. The decision is a bit surprising, because – at least in my opinion – developers should refresh the entire Batman Arkham series (just like BioWare in the case of Mass Effect), and not just one part.
New Metro
I love the Metro and I’m glad that the new Metro is being built. Anyway, it was mentioned some time ago by the father of the universe, Głuchowski, who published on his social media a photo showing the script for Metro 4. However, due to the current situation in the world, one cannot be sure when the game could appear on the market. 4A Games, the developers responsible for the brand, are based in Ukraine, so work may be put on hold indefinitely.
Dragon’s Dogma 2
Capcom has recently frozen many brands that previously stole the hearts of players. One of them is Dragon’s Dogma, which came to the market at the end of the seventh generation of consoles. According to the leak, the Japanese are creating Dragon’s Dogma 2, which would be based on the version of the engine used in Resident Evil Village . It would be an interesting solution, and its end result – based on rumors – we would check at the turn of the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023.
Exclusive Sony port games for PC
Finally, I left the ports of exclusive PS4 and PS5 games for personal computers. Sony is more and more willing to enter the next market, which is perfectly confirmed by Horizon Zero Dawn or Days Gone. Both games enjoyed great popularity, and the corporation itself could, thanks to the second premiere, earn even more money. According to Nvidia’s list, PlayStation developers want to bring Returnal , Ghost of Tsushima , Horizon Forbidden West , Sackboy: Great Adventure , Demon’s Souls (PS5) to PC – but it is not known in what order. If I were to shoot, I think Jin Sakai’s adventure, which enjoyed great popularity on PS4 and is still on top, will go first.
