Halo Infinite will also have expansions and DLCs for the Campaign according to a mysterious leak, which also includes some details on the multiplayer.
The youtuber Sean W has poured in a recent video on YouTube a large amount of potential details on Halo Infinite , within a leak that at the moment we cannot verify and should therefore be taken as a simple rumor, but interesting as also referred to campaign and multiplayer expansions of the 343 Industries game.
As you can see in the video on this page, youtuber Sean W refers to DLC and expansions both for the single player campaign (and cooperative multiplayer in the near future) and for the new seasons of multiplayer, with vague but significant details. if they were to be confirmed.
According to Sean W, expansions are therefore planned for the Halo Infinite Campaign, something that has been suspected for some time but has never been announced by 343 Industries, so the question must be taken with a grain of salt: there will still be a long wait, considering that – again according to the mysterious source in question – the Campaign DLCs could arrive even after 2024 .
These would be new story elements written and directed by Joseph Staten, head of Halo Infinite and ex-Bungie, basically the pivotal figure who seems to have put the entire game back on its feet in 343 Industries. These additions, however, are expected well ahead in time, given that we are talking about beyond 2024.
As for the multiplayer expansions, the dubious leak reports brief details on the next four seasons from 3 to 6 , which will add new elements in terms of weapons, modes (including an Infection-style one), vehicles and additional weapons from the classic chapters. and finally, in Season 6, a new non-Spartan core, as well as a completely new weapon.
