Kazunori Yamauchi announced a change that should please Gran Turismo fans. Already this week, Sony will receive an update introducing three new cars – although the Japanese kept the audience in suspense and did not reveal individual models, this puzzle did not last long for the community.
Gran Turismo 7 made its debut last month, however, a few weeks after its premiere, the first storms and controversy regarding the monetization of the position were not absent. After a wave of criticism, the studio first focused on adjusting microtransactions and increasing the level of rewards .
Now comes the time for the cyclical build-up of the races – this week, three new cars will be in the newest races. As with Gran Turismo Sport, Kazunori Yamauchi showed hidden vehicle silhouettes, but genre enthusiasts quickly guessed the machines.
In the lower right corner is the 2021 Subaru BRZ – this is the third BRZ car in the GT7, but the latest model has very similar bases to the Toyota GR86, not the earlier model.
Above is the Subaru BRZ GT300 , a car that started in the Super GT series in 2021, and the last proposition is the Kei-class Suzuki Cappuccino . Quite unexpectedly, the car has not appeared in Gran Turismo Sport, so we will experience its return from Gran Turismo 6. The GT community has not yet guessed the exact model – developers can add the original EA11 from 1991 or the restyled edition of EA21 from 1995.
According to Polyphony Digital’s assurances, we should also count on new route layouts, but so far the team has not revealed more details.
