It was previously reported that Final Fantasy XVI will have several difficulty levels: Basic and Easy, in which characters automatically perform combined attacks and special moves. In one case or another, the team includes Torgal, the faithful dog of the protagonist Clive.

Somehow, the dog survived the disaster at the beginning of Final Fantasy 16 and joined his master on his adventures ten years later. Torgal is able to give a worthy rebuff to the enemy and heal Clive, if necessary.
Players will be able to give orders to the dog like other members of the team, as well as carry out devastating joint attacks.
Final Fantasy XVI will release on June 22, 2023 exclusively on PS5.
