Elizabeth Wright, level designer of God of War Ragnarok, has moved from Santa Monica to Skydance, to work on the new Marvel game.
Skydance Media has made an attractive purchase by recruiting Elizabeth Wright , who was level designer on God of War Ragnarok with Sony Santa Monica and has now moved to Amy Hennig’s team, to work on the new Marvel game featuring Captain America and Black Panther.
The game in question is still largely mysterious, but in the meantime we have seen a first teaser trailer that seems to lay the foundations for a really interesting story: the setting sees Captain America and Black Panther together in a particular scenario, namely the Second World War, at least based on what we can see at the moment.
Hennig is the author of Uncharted, among other things, and reported that as a structure this new game will have something similar to her previous projects , which probably puts an emphasis on the narrative component. However, even the gameplay does not seem to be in the background and the arrival of Wright is quite explicit in this sense.
The ex-Santa Monica will take care of the Marvel game in the role of senior level designer also in this case, or specialist in the design of the levels and settings of the game, so we can expect excellent things on these fronts too.
