Techland has just announced the official sales figures of Dying Light 2 and Dying Light. The latest story was well received by gamers – although it made its debut in a very hot period. The home studio can celebrate.
Techland has just confirmed a very interesting news – Dying Light 2 by the end of February had sales of 5 million copies. This is a really great production success, because we have to remember that the title hit the market alongside other great hits.
“The success of the Dying Light series is proof that we create unforgettable experiences for our players” – said Paweł Marchewka, CEO
In total, the Dying Light franchise has sold more than twenty-five million copies. According to Techland , post-period sales have grown significantly, with players being excited to play the sequel after waiting for it for seven years (the first episode launched in 2015).
Techland also revealed that it will add new content to Dying Light 2 next week, which will provide great opportunities for all players. The reference has not been clarified, but it is not long to find out more. It will hardly be the much-invoked New Game Plus mode, certainly in the works but which takes more time.
Before leaving, we remind you that Dying Light 2 is available for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, PS4 and PS5.
