PlayStation or 505 Games do not want to allow Death Stranding to play on Xbox. The game has been blocked, and although it appears on GeForce Now for PC, we cannot enable it on the Microsoft console.
A few hours ago I mentioned a very interesting situation on the portal. GeForce Now is back on Microsoft Edge , so at least on paper – players should include every production in services on Xbox. At least that’s what it should look like, but apparently one of the publishers (PlayStation or 505 Games) has blocked this option.
Tom Warren showed the situation very precisely in the material below – a journalist browsing the GeForce Now catalog on the Xbox (using the Microsoft Edge browser) cannot find Death Stranding, but he will turn on the same title on a PC using the NVIDIA service.
There are many indications that one of the publishers has the ability to block access to the game by various programs. As a result, if even God of War will hit the PC and later on GeForce Now, it may not be available on Xbox due to a similar blockade.
This is an interesting situation that shows that NVIDIA has the ability to filter production depending on the platform.
