According to the insider Dusk Golem, Death Stranding 2 will certainly be PlayStation exclusive but it could be the last for Hideo Kojima.
The well-known insider Dusk Golem spoke on the Death Stranding 2 issue , a game that has recently returned to the rumors, claiming that it is certainly an exclusive PlayStation and perhaps the latest linked to an agreement signed between Kojima Productions and Sony.
The question would exclude the idea of a Death Stranding 2 proposed exclusively to Google Stadia and then canceled by Phil Harrison and associates: probably the latter – if it existed – was another Hideo Kojima game for Google’s cloud gaming, but it could not have been the sequel to Death Stranding, as this was always intended as a PlayStation-exclusive console.

Death Stranding 2 will therefore certainly be an exclusive console for PS5 (we do not know at the moment if it is also foreseen on PS4), precisely because it would be part of an exclusive agreement that was signed between Kojima Productions and Sony.
This agreement included two games and, according to the insider Dusk Golem, the last of these would be Death Stranding 2, currently known internally by the code name Ocean.
According to this information, the agreement therefore provided for two exclusive games and would therefore end with the launch of the new chapter in development. The insider claims that the parties must discuss a possible extension of the agreement or its natural forfeiture: if the latter were the chosen option, Death Stranding 2 could be Hideo Kojima’s last game exclusively on PlayStation , unless further new agreements, which would also coincide with the fact that Kojima Productions is working on a game for PC and Xbox with Xbox Game Studios , as we also saw at the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase last June.
