Bluepoint Games, which was bought by Sony’s gaming division, can work with the Bloodborne universe, says former IGN editor Colin Moriarty. In his Discord server, Moriarty writes that the studio has two projects in the works.
First, Bluepoint is allegedly making a remaster of the original Bloodborne for the PlayStation 5. Second, a full-fledged sequel is in the works; it is assumed that this is Bluepoint’s own project, mentioned at the time of the purchase of the studio by Sony Corporation.
The sequel to Bloodborne is being developed from scratch. Participation in the project From Software, the creators of the original game, is not reported.
According to Moriarty, the information was obtained from a source who previously reported that Insomniac Games is making a game about Wolverine. At that time, Moriarty did not believe the source, but later it turned out that such a project exists.
Now the journalist will try to confirm the story of the remaster and sequel to Bloodborne from a source close to Bluepoint, who told about the creation of an updated version of Demon’s Souls. At one time, Moriarty announced the development of this game almost a year before the official announcement.
