It seems that restoring one removed mechanic to one of the best games of the previous generation from Sony is nothing overly difficult.
Bloodborne is without a doubt one of the best games that appeared on the previous generation from Sony. Actually, anyone who has ever had access to PlayStation 4 has probably had the opportunity to enter the dark world from From Software. The sequel is highly anticipated , and since we still don’t have any information about the next installments, fans are constantly discovering new secrets in the first installment.
This has happened again recently thanks to one of the modders, one Lance McDonald. The man reminded his Twitter followers of a mechanic that was featured in promotional material but was ultimately not in the game. I am talking about the kicks that could be seen in the first trailers before the premiere. As you know, they were cut.
Interestingly, however, getting them back into the game requires “just two lines of code” ! This is a very surprising news considering that we are dealing with a fairly advanced attack. Lance has attached a short cinematic to his message, where he uses these mechanics to fight an enemy with cover. As we can see – the kick causes the target to recoil and open to normal blows. Check it out for yourself, it looks interesting :
