Turtle Rock Studios revealed the first details of the big December update to Back 4 Blood. Next month, the title will be significantly expanded and the list of changes includes, among others, progression to the solo game and the ability to remove upgrades from weapons.
Back 4 Blood is a piece of an interesting, cooperative production that will be significantly expanded in 2022 . The developers confirmed the first success of the game , but it’s no secret that the title needs some significant improvements.
Turtle Rock Studios does not waste time and already in December, a large and important update will debut on the servers, the content of which will surely appeal to many players.
Developers have confirmed that the Back 4 Blood patch will remove the bugs found, take care of balance fixes, and the team has addressed the problem of duplicate offensive items. The creators are developing new cards and one of them will provide the possibility of removing attachments to weapons – as we know now, picking up gear is equivalent to equipping an item, which has a negative impact on experience. It’s hard to say if this solution will be convenient, but thankfully the developers respond to feedback from fans.
Back 4 Blood will also feature a progression for the single-player campaign, so we won’t have to run with friends to enjoy unlocking new content. The developers are also exploring the possibility of expanding the player deck, and will even provide a voting feature so the team can get rid of the player who spoils the fun for the rest of the squad.
The studio has also developed an option to continue the game with the team after completing the story, and even in Back 4 Blood there will be a new mode for cooperation.
