The player plans to take legal action if Blizzard does not fix the issue. For this he was widely criticized.
A player under the nickname jtisallbusiness spoke about his atypical problem . His character, in which he invested about 100 thousand dollars, lost the opportunity to fight in PvP arenas. The player assumes that this is due to the too high battle rating that he earned after the release of the action RPG, including winning 100 matches in a row. The matchmaking system in Diablo Immortal simply can’t balance the teams in such a way that jtisallbusiness gets invited to the battlefield.
The player said that he repeatedly contacted Blizzard with his problem, but they did not help him there. The support only reported that they knew about the problem, which, apparently, manifests itself in only one person. Blizzard did not give an approximate time frame for resolving the problem.
A fan of Diablo Immortal said he was disappointed with what had happened and was ready to demand a refund from Blizzard through lawyers. According to the player, the action-RPG will not be of any interest to him if his character permanently loses the ability to fight in PvP.
The network criticized jtisallbusiness for wanting a refund. According to other fans of Diablo Immortal, the battle rating system works “as intended”, keeping the expensive player character out of battle with the much weaker ones. In the comments to the video describing the situation, people joke that jtisallbusiness was “the first in the world to complete Diablo Immortal”, since now he really has nothing to do in the game.
