This means that, as previously predicted, the second season of “Sandman” will not appear before 2024, and given the scale of production and the amount of special effects, who knows if this date will not be moved to 2025.
Interestingly, Park also revealed that he does not intend to call the upcoming episodes a 2nd season: “Netflix has not gone on record as calling it a Season 2, on purpose. And so, I will, from now on and in the future, and possibly until the end of the universe not refer to it as Season 2 until we know what it is.“
