The Last of Us TV series has finished filming, now we await information on the release date of the HBO production.
The Last of Us, the HBO TV series , has concluded filming , as officially announced by showrunner Craig Mazin , in charge of the television adaptation of the Naughty Dog series, thus suggesting an upcoming announcement of the release date.
“That’s a wrap!”, Reads Mazin’s new tweet, that is, the recording work of the shoot is finished. This is obviously the most important and demanding part in the production of the TV series, but that does not mean that the product is ready, of course.
The part that concerns the actors, crew and actual shootings is now over but all the editing and post-production work is still to be done, so it will probably take a few more months to see The Last of Us on TV properly. complete and definitive. However, this could mean that a release date could be announced more precisely in the meantime.
Considering the recent announcement of The Last of Us: Part 1 , or the “remake” of the first chapter of the series that features a reworking of the previous remaster, it is likely that the TV series may also arrive in the vicinity of the game.
