Both productions will find asylum in the Netflix catalog , with the company increasingly active on the front of cinematic transpositions of videogames IP.
At the moment, not much information is available on the feature film dedicated to Gears of War , but the creator of the video game series already has very clear ideas about the actor who should play the role of Marcus Fenix . With a short twitter, Cliff Bleszinski in fact wished for the involvement of Dave Bautista in the film project. A combination that apparently would be incredibly welcome to the actor himself, who in the past had declared that he wanted to give voice to Marcus Fenix in a possible feature film inspired by Gears of War .
At the moment, however, there are no official confirmations regarding the cast of the Netflix film.
