The series was developed by Amazon Studios and Kilter Films in association with Bethesda Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks . Westworld writers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy served as executive producers , along with game designer Todd Howard .
In addition to Purnell, Walton Goggins (The Hateful Eight) and Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks) played in the TV adaptation of the role-playing game. The showrunners were Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner . Estimated release date has not been disclosed.
